Romance is in the air! I like to make these around Valentine's Day or anytime I am craving a chocolate and fruit mix! The added white chocolate really gives it the extra pop!
Ingredients
- 6 ounces Baker's semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 3 ounces Baker's Premium white chocolate, chopped
- 1 pound strawberries with stems (about 20), washed and dried very well
Instructions
- Place chopped semisweet and white chocolates into two heatproof medium bowls and set aside.
- Fill two saucepans with a couple inches of water and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Turn off heat and place bowls of chocolate over the water to melt. Stir until smooth.
- Line a sheet pan with parchment or waxed paper. Using a fondue fork and holding the strawberry, dip the fruit into the semisweet chocolate, lift and twist slightly, letting excess chocolate fall back into the bowl.
- Set coated strawberry on the parchment paper. Repeat process with remaining strawberries.
- Dip a fork or small spoon in the white chocolate and drizzle the white chocolate over the dipped strawberries.
- Place sheet pan with coated strawberries in fridge until the chocolate sets, approximately 1 hour. minutes.
